The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is a practical, in-person training program delivered by Mission Academy in collaboration with the Saudi Heart Association.
The course is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and hands-on skills required to respond effectively to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking incidents.

This training will take place at Mission Academy – King Abdullah Road, As-Safra, and includes interactive demonstrations, real-life scenarios, and supervised practical sessions to ensure competence and confidence in emergency response.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a BLS certification valid for two years.

What I will learn?

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

. Recognize cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and choking emergencies
. Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
. Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively
. Apply proper airway management and rescue breathing techniques
. Respond confidently in emergency situations
. Work effectively as part of a resuscitation team
