Mission Academy strives to improve its practices in delivering e-learning programs by implementing an effective and clear mechanism to measure beneficiary satisfaction. This mechanism includes the following:
The satisfaction level of beneficiaries (trainers and trainees) regarding the training programs offered through our e-learning platform is measured via integrated evaluation forms associated with each training program. These forms are linked to precise statistics that systematically collect feedback and opinions from beneficiaries.
Trainer and Trainee Evaluation:
After completing each training course, an integrated evaluation link is sent to both the trainer and the trainee. The evaluation covers all aspects of the training program, such as training methods, tools used, the trainer’s ability to convey knowledge, and trainees’ engagement with the content.
Certification Linked to Evaluation:
To ensure active participation, obtaining the certificate upon course completion is linked to completing a comprehensive evaluation for the trainer, trainee, and program organizer. This evaluation is a prerequisite for certificate issuance.
Results Analysis:
Based on evaluation results, beneficiary satisfaction levels are carefully analyzed, aiding in informed decision-making to improve and develop training programs and services. This also contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of remote e-learning.
This mechanism ensures the involvement of all stakeholders in the continuous development process of training programs and helps enhance the academic and educational performance quality at Mission Academy.
